Position Overview More Info
Maintenance / Utility Person Responsibilities include assisting in machinery & equipment repairs and working as a utility person in a variety of areas within our mill ranging from warehousing to production. Person must be mechanically inclined.
Mill Worker Responsibilities include working as a floater with in our production, shipping, warehousing and truck loading areas.
Feed Mill Mixer Operator Responsibilities include operating our feed mixing process. This is a full time third shift position.
Dover Country Farm and Garden Drive-Thru Associate The responsibilities of Drive-Thru Associate at Gerber and Sons, include but are not limited to items listed below. Delivery Route Driver Monday thru Friday and an occasional Saturday Candidates must have a clean driving record, Class A CDL (preferred) and experience driving a commercial truck.

Candidates must be at least 18 years of age. Agricultural background preferred, but not required.
